While you will have to keep an eye out for their specific TV show auditions, working for Disney can be a magical experience and help you get your foot in the door. There is 2018 Disney audition for a limited time event that will run for ten weeks starting in June. A casting call is searching for actors to portray Star Lord and Gamora. Casting directors are looking for an athletic male who is 6’ to 6’3 to portray Peter Quill/ Star-Lord. In addition, a female 5’5 to 5’7 is being hired to portray the cunning Gamora. The event will be showcased at the Walt Disney World Resort. Auditions will be held on Sunday, April 22nd, 2018 in Kissimmee, Florida. Performers will take part in the live shows at Disney World in Orlando. This is a paid acting job. Actors who want to be considered can attend the 2018 Disney audition.

Actors to Portray Star Lord and Gamora for Limited Time Event

Disney Parks Live Entertainment is seeking Male and Female Look-alike actors to portray Peter Quill, a.k.a. Star-Lord and Gamora from the film, Guardians of the Galaxy, at an upcoming limited time event performed at the at the Walt Disney World Resort, near Orlando, FL.

Seeking the following roles:

Peter Quill/Star-Lord: Male, 6’ – 6’3”, with an athletic/muscular build. Peter Quill is an interstellar adventurer who must rally an unlikely team of cosmic misfits to prevent a powerful villain from destroying the galaxy. He is quick-witted, roguish, adventurous, and charming. Type Cast.

Gamora: Female, 5’5” – 5’7”. She is strong and cunning; her cybernetic modifications and physical training make her a powerful warrior.

Candidates must pass a type-cast audition in order to move to the reading portion of the audition.
This limited time event will begin in early June 2018 and run for 10 weeks.
